What will we do
Steamed stuffed bun(we nomally call it 'baozi') is a kind of ancient traditional dish,has more than 1800 years history. Steamed stuffed bun(baozi) is generally made with wheaten flour fermentation, the size of it according to the size of the stufflings is different, the smallest can be called "xiaolongbao", the other in order for the bag, big bag. Commonly used fillings for pork, mutton, beef,vegetables and so on.
Here we will together make the 'Xiaolongbao'. We will use the ancient bamboo steamer, the "xiaolongbao" will have a bamboo fragrance, taste better than ordinary steamer. The methods of making the dough and stuffing are handed down from generation to generation in our family, you will get a totally homemake decilious food:)

- learn how to make the stuffings inside the dough then get a 'Baizi', and steam the 'baozi'
